Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom orders may take longer processing times
  • We will confirm timelines before starting
  • Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty

Third-Party Fulfilment

Some of our products are made and shipped by trusted third-party partners.

  • These items may be shipped separately from other products
  • Packaging and branding may differ from our standard orders
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s location

Processing Times for POD Items

Print-on-demand items are made especially for you:

  • Processing time: 1-4 days
  • Shipping time: depends on destination and supplier, usually 1-3 days 

👉 This is really important so customers don’t expect next-day dispatch like your handmade items.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both handmade and print-on-demand items:

  • You may receive multiple parcels
  • These may arrive at different times

Fulfilment Disclaimer

We work with third-party production partners to fulfil some orders. While we carefully select high-quality suppliers, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs delays (for international orders)
  • Supplier production delays

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of any damage
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
