Handmade Items (Scrunchies)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Due to hygiene reasons, worn hair accessories cannot be returned

Print-on-Demand Items (Caps)

  • As these are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless faulty or incorrect
  • Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Please allow the full delivery timeframe
  • Contact us if your order is significantly delayed
